It was ok, the taste wasnt anything special, the cereal didnt soak up the milk and stays hard till the last bite, i thought it was expansive per box for amount u get per box, loved the bowl and soon

Pea starch
Peas for breakfast? Yup, pea starch is packed with fibre & is a great ingredient to help improve your digestive system.
Plant-based protein
We use a mix of soy and pea protein - it's great for growth and repair, and now you don't need to "do a Rocky" and chug raw eggs.
Rapeseed oil
The lowest saturated fat of any oil, and packed with so much Vitamin E that they should rename it rapeseeeeeeeeed.
Inulin from Chicory Root
Nope not a character from Star Trek, Inulin is a rich source of dietary fiber (90%+) which is great for your digestive system. It’s also gluten free and vegan friendly.
Natural Flavours
All our flavourings are completely natural. Our bright orange tan is fake though.
Sweeteners
Our not-so-secret blend of Stevia and Erythritol gives sweetness without the sugar crash or calories.
We also use a bit of Sucralose in Frosted, to help really replicate that childhood sweetness.

In simple terms they’re the carbs your body can use and digest. Or if you want to get more science-y about it, they’re the total carbohydrates in food minus the fiber and sugar alcohols.
We’re not made of the same stuff as traditional cereals, we avoid sugar and we’re packed with protein. But we really do, do all we can to keep our prices as low as possible. Without compromising on quality of course.
