I bought it because I struggle with food intake and don't have enough protein. Being gluten free is also a struggle. I worried about high fibre content, but had no issues. The taste is good, and I eat it as snacks, not as cereal 😀
customisable pack allowed me to try flavours I probably wouldn’t have! But all were delicious and left me feeling fuller for longer. They do not go soggy in the milk and are crunchy to the last spoonful. Throughly recommend 👍
Have been told to reduce our carbs from our diet. Thought we would give them a try, so pleased we did, so tasty ,felt rather sweet to start with but now we love them. A little normal, we sometimes use them as a replacement for a meal. only one not tried was peanut one.
